The Greek-Russian Dinner

Greek appetizers:   Dolma, Pita Chips, Humus, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese.

Russian dinner items:  Shashlik (lamb shish kabobs), Cabbage Rice Pilaf.

Greek dinner items:  Souvlakia (pork shish kabobs), Greek String Beans, Tsatsiki Sauce (tzatziki).

Greek dessert:  Baklava (best ever by Myrna the Greek).
