God Squad is our beginning youth group and it is made up of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. They meet every Wednesday evening during the school year under the direction of Keith Simmons. The first 30 minutes is game time. Capture the Flag, kickball, and various other outside games are played. The next 30 minutes is dinnertime and brings God Squad and the Jr. High together. We ask that each youth bring $2.00 to cover dinner costs. The meal is also prepared by volunteers so if you would like to help out with dinner, please contact Jim Meyer. The final 30 minutes are spent in Bible study as this group of youth begins to learn about their place in God's kingdom.
Again, this is a beginning youth group and is meant to give the youth the opportunity to see what youth group is like. They will have special events throughout the year, but their main focus is on that Wednesday night.
