January 2012

We've been let down by plenty of authorities in our lives, so how do we know that we can trust God's authority? Is his authority good, and does he really have our best interests at heart? Learn how we recognize that Jesus is the authority of God and that his authority is good, then hear as Vicar Joel discusses how we recognize and honor that authority in our daily lives.

Advances in technology and other things in this world may amaze us, but imagine being present when Jesus cast out demons and performed miracles! It would have been truly amazing, right? The most amazing thing of all, however, is that Jesus is the savior of the world.

He Knows Me

We tested engaged couple James and Danielle to see how well they know each other. When you love someone, you want to know everything about them! In this sermon, hear about how well Jesus knows you. Can you believe that He knew you from before you were born and that He knows every thought and action in your life? The great news is that He loves us through everything we've ever done and will never let go of us.

Jesus' words in John tell us to "Follow Him". We can have confidence to do just that and not doubt about our life in Christ.

What's In a Name?

Each of our names mean something special to us. It's something that is with us for our entire life! What does Jesus' name mean, and how does it change us?

As we look back over 2011, our church has a lot of hard work to be proud of! That means we can take it easy in 2012, right? What does Jesus say about our future and how we are to live as people of His kingdom? What will the coming year hold for us?
