NEW STEPHEN MINISTER CLASS STARTING SOON.......
A new class to train future Stephen Ministers will be starting 9/4/08. The class will run through early January '09, taking time-off for holidays.
Classes will be held each Thursday of the week, plus an additional two Saturday mornings. An informational/sign-up table will be in the patio area
starting 7/27/08 and an informational class will be held Sunday, August 10th at 9:00 am. A Stephen Minister is a lay person trained to provide
caring, confidential, distinctly Christian care to those individuals going through 'life's changes'.

“SHARE”- LOW COST FOOD CO-OP
Community Lutheran is a new distribution site for this low cost food co-op. SHARE (Self Help And Resource Exchange) offers up to 50% savings on high quality
nutritious food packages. SHARE is for everyone, there are no income requirements or eligibility requirements. We will take orders and pre-payment for this food
program beginning Sunday, Aug. 3rd, through Sunday, Aug. 10th We will have menus available at the sign up table on the patio. Cost varies from $16.00 to $31.00; checks will be accepted from Community Lutheran members only.
